WWII, B17, The Flying Fortress
The plane below was flown during WWII and was at the Tri-Cities airport in Bristol. According to the news there are only 5 remaining of this type of airplane. Mom said, she would have liked to have been able to book a tour flight. I think the cost for a flight was about $895.00. I was able to take some pictures of it flying over my house. I wasn't able to get all the images/logo's or art on the side of the plane. It's a part of history and I enjoyed being outside taking pictures of it as it flew over.
I also got many pictures of a modern Navy P8. P8's are used for refueling in mid air. There has been a lot of activity in recent months with the Navy P8's flying over. I tried to read the numbers on the side and it's not always the same plane but many different P8's flying over.

Some type of jet. I don't see the jets on the side. I think it might be USPS Express mail delivery plane. But, I'm not sure. |
Not sure if government aircraft but it does have a flag on the tail fin. |
Only got one shot at this one. It was big enough to hold one person possibly. I'm thinking it's some kind of drone. |
