Covid19
What I've been doing at home.

04/20/2020

Like much of the world not much.  Staying home only going out for the essentials and a few rides around the river and up to the TVA dam.   Watching news and reading about the statistics.   Some of the things I see reminds me of movies about vietnam like the mass burials going on in New York.   Here in Tennessee we have about 140 deaths and that total changes.  I think we might be a few months behind in the covid spreading than New York.  I hope our death toll stays low.

Been checking in with my Dad & Step Mother to make sure they are ok.  My step mom has cancer and has been on chemo treatments for a while.  She's one of the high risk individuals for covid19.  But, extra precautions taken and we are all staying away to make sure we don't bring anything in to her.  She of course is under constant doctors care.

My mom and myself being over 50 are at risk as well.  We are also adhering to the guidelines. Disinfecting surfaces at least twice a week.   None of us has gotten it so far.

Been praying a lot.  Things like this do make you consider your religion and brings us closer to Jesus Christ.  The bible says where three are praying, he is there.  With the whole world praying I'm sure Jesus is being kept very busy.   Not only that he must be spending a lot of time on earth lately.  Smiles

Also been enjoying music.  I like all types of music and always have.  Today, I sat out on the front porch and listened to Billy Dean.  He's been doing a lot of live facebook concerts from his home.  He has a nice setup on his porch.  I enjoyed listening to him.  I missed his Sunday Family Hour but was able to listen to it later and it was great full of gospel songs.   I enjoyed it as much as his country music.  I once seen him at Elizabethton Covered Bridge concert.

I also seen an Eagle near my house a few days ago and was able to take a few pictures.  Along with some other birds.  More pictures of Catchem also.  I'll post them at the bottom.

Hope all of you are doing well and covid free.  Even though I hear some states are releasing the restrictions and planning on opening back up business  I plan on staying in as much as possible.
The number of confirmed cases and deaths in my state and bordering states are still climbing.  Not sure its all that safe at this point.

So here's some recent pictures from around my house.....
